Who I am
This is the portfolio website of Syed Zaid Sajid, a performance marketer based in Islamabad. This policy explains what I collect when you use this website or contact me, and what I do with it.

What I collect
When you fill in the message form, I ask for:
- your name and email address
- your business website, if you add it
- your message, and which service you clicked if you opened the form from one
The form doesn't store anything on this website. When you press send, it opens your own email app or WhatsApp with your message filled in, and I receive it only if you send it from there.
When you book a call through my calendar, the booking page is run by Google Calendar. I receive the name, email address and time you choose, plus anything else you add to the booking.
When you message me by email, on WhatsApp, on LinkedIn or on Upwork, I receive your message and the contact details that come with it, such as your phone number on WhatsApp. Messages on those apps are also covered by their own privacy policies.
When you visit the site, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the site secure and working.
How I use it

- to prepare for a call, for example by looking at your website and public ads
- to send you a proposal if you ask for one
- to do the work if we start working together
I don't sell your details, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Who I share it with
Only the services I use to talk to you: Google (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Meet), WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Upwork, depending on how you contact me. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn't run tracking pixels. If I add tools like these, I'll update this page first.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as I need them to talk with you about working together, or to run a project with you. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- tell you what information I hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, for example the UK, the EU or California, you may have further rights under local privacy laws. Email syedzaid.marketing@gmail.com and I'll reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
